INDIE NIGHTS is a third-weekly event presenting young up-and-coming bands from the Norwegian Indie Rock scene. What is this Indie Rock? Well, it is a concept that cannot really be defined...it started with some artists who decided to produce their own records, narrowing their music down to a particular genre. But in more recent times, the genre concept is being teased open and artists have decided to expand their music beyond the style confines of their initial musical ventures. INDIE NIGHTS presents you with a wide musical spectrum, from the softer singer/songwriter ideal to the more raw and untamed energy of Emo/Punk.
