Tou Works provides a budget for the production, covering fees for the worklab participants (a daily rate of NOK 1.200 = EUR 150 for the working days), as well as technical equipment and assistance. The Project leaders should present a breakdown budget for Tou Works administration. Tou Works will not have the possibility to finance work which happens between the worklab periods.
If the Project leaders wish to expand the project beyond the set budget, a proposal and financing plan for this should be submitted to Tou Works administration. Tou Works administration will finalize and send all applications for funding.
Standard schedule for a worklab project:
1. meeting between the international inspirator/curator and the artistic board.
2. The project leaders define content and working methods, propose a budget, and sign contract.
